Services
Doula service packages are designed to let you choose the perfect level of support. Not too much, not too little. Just right.
I also offer sliding rates assessed on an individual basis.
Each package includes these basic services and benefits:
- Initial consultation meeting (complimentary)
- One (1) pre-natal visit
- Email, phone, and text access throughout your pregnancy
- On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks until your birth
- Full birth support once in labour
- Immediate postpartum support to assist with settling in and breastfeeding
- One (1) postpartum visit to process your birth, offer breastfeeding support, and help adjust to life with your baby
